Foundation for the foundation of noise protection by rail is available in lengths from 1.5 to 3.5 m. These foundations are significantly more powerful than our other foundation types, this is to meet the transport agency's demands for dynamic loads and life span classes.
The design speed of the train can vary between 50 km/h to 300 km/h where the distance from the track is from 3.5 m and above. Thanks to Terrawing high capacity, our foundations are particularly favorable along the rail, since it is often limited time to work along the track. Because you knock down the foundations in unspoiled ground, you also avoid problems with possible replacements due to digging in the embankment, when the noise protections are located near the track.
If there is enough space to install the foundations from the track we can use a rail-mounted excavator or Bopecs track machine placed directly on the railway carriage. If space is available next to the track we can avoid to use the track by installing the foundations with an excavator or crawler Bopec's machine directly from the terrain.
