Foundations for noise barriers are our biggest market, and we supply these foundations in lengths from 0.8 to 3.0 m and with a tube diameter from 70 mm to 168 mm. They have our patented adjustment system which gives an adjustment range of +/- 45 mm in both X and Y directions.

The length of the foundation, how the wings are formed and where they are placed is highly significant. For shorter noise barriers where few foundations are required we choose a foundation type intended for the worst possible soil conditions in order to have a safety margin. For long noise barriers with many foundations along stretches with varying soil conditions, it can be necessary to use several different foundation types to optimise the cost. In this case we draw up a plan showing where the different foundation types should be placed. On surfaces where there is insufficient space to insert a wing foundation on the basis of proximity to rock, we can supply anchors. The anchor consists of the upper part of a foundation, with an adjustment system and reinforcement for setting in concrete. All material is supplied from the factory marked out. We can also work with different post types to optimise the total material cost.
